Explore clusters of sugar binding sites


For all the carbohydrates present in free ligand form (i.e. not as a part of glycosylation), we have performed an all versus all comparison of the binding site structure using a graph-based scoring method. The resulting scores allow us to cluster all the protein-carbohydrate interfaces according to their similarity and the user can explore the obtained clusters using interactive plots. The user can also compare their binding site to representative sites.
